Chef Brad Hightow of Urge Common House in San Marcos is going head to head with Chef Trevor Chappell of The Barrel Room, and you, our valued guests, get to be the ringside judge. Join us April 18th for a 5 course wine dinner featuring a selection of TBR’s finest wines. Each Chef will pair a dish with wine and our diners will vote which dish offers the better pairing. 5 wines, 10 unique dishes, 2 Chefs, 1 Champion.
